"My order ended up taking way longer..."
My order ended up taking way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I had to follow up myself just to figure out what was going on, that part was weird. Not the best experience if you’re counting on something to show up on time.

"Warranty Support Was Basically Useless"
I reached out about the warranty expecting at least some kind of help, but it pretty much went nowhere. It felt like the usual runaround you get with these things, everyone says they’ll help, and then nothing actually happens. there was zero real support.

"Fits well overall"
I’ve had a few similar ones before that either slipped around or felt awkward, but this one fit comfortably overall and stayed on well. It did start to feel a tiny bit tight after wearing it for a long time, but nothing too bad.

"The goggles look good and fit pretty..."
The goggles look good and fit well, but they scratched way faster than I expected. I reached out about it and felt a bit talked down to, like I didn’t know how to take care of them. They’re not terrible, but I was hoping for better quality and a better experience overall.

"Nice style, but I felt a bit rushed"
The site looks really cool and has a clean design, and it was easy to browse. I did feel a little pressured while clicking around, like it was nudging me to decide quickly, but overall the layout and style were nice.

"I do like their gear and all that..."
I do like their gear and all that, but a bunch of the stuff I was looking for was out of stock. The sizes and colors were limited too, which made it kind of frustrating. I kept checking back for this or that, and it still wasn’t available.

"Didn't seem great for the sun"
For some reason, the UV protection just felt kind of weak to me. I wore them outside and my eyes still ended up hurting in the sun, so they didn’t really do what I was hoping for...

"Fits my helmet perfectly!!!"
I picked these up to use with my ski helmet and they fit really well!!! No awkward gap, no annoying pressure, and they feel comfortable the whole time!!! i’m happy with them!!!

"Shipping delay was frustrating"
My order ended up arriving much later than expected, and I didn’t really get helpful updates along the way. I know delays happen, but the lack of communication made it feel like I was left guessing. It reminded me how much simple updates matter when you’re waiting on something you’ve already paid for.

"Honestly, it just feels overpriced"
I don’t know, I was expecting a bit more for the price. It’s not terrible or anything, but for what you actually get... it just doesn’t feel worth the money to me.

"Good gear, but support could be clearer"
I’ve been happy with the gear itself, but the support experience was a bit frustrating. I reached out with a basic question and ended up waiting a few days for a reply, then had to follow up again to get things moving. It wasn’t terrible, but it did feel like no one was really keeping an eye on the messages. I also expected clearer instructions instead of having to piece things together myself. Faster replies and more straightforward guidance would make a big difference.

I used this outside on a really bright day and it actually held up well. The glare was minimal, which was a nice surprise. I mean, bright sun usually makes everything impossible to see, then suddenly, nope, this was fine...

"Looked good, didn’t hold up in real snow"
I used these Dragon goggles for a few snowy days and, i expected a bit more. They look nice enough, but once it really started dumping, they fogged up way more than I was hoping. The visibility was okay at first, then got frustrating quickly. Maybe they’re fine on lighter days, but all the usual marketing talk about performance didn’t really match what I experienced. For actual heavy snow, they just didn’t work that well for me.

"Lenses held up okay, but I felt brushed off"
The lenses have held up well overall, and the scratches aren’t too bad. I did feel a bit dismissed when I brought it up, though, like it wasn’t really worth listening to.

I only used these a handful of times, and somehow the frame already cracked. I wasn’t being rough with them or anything, so it was disappointing. For the price, I really thought they’d hold up a lot longer

"Frustrating site experience"
So, I tried using the site, but it was frustrating. It was slow, the filters weren’t working the way they should, and the checkout page kept jumping around on me. After about 10 minutes of trying, I just gave up
